Cookies & browser storage

Here’s how the current HireFlow interface remembers your session and preferences. This page describes browser storage, rather than a complete account-data or privacy policy.

What’s stored

• Sign-in cookie: auth_token is a server-issued, HTTP-only cookie that normally expires after seven days.
• Cookie choice: cookie_consent remembers your choice for one year.
• Saved jobs: hf_saved_jobs keeps up to 100 job references in this browser. This list is not synced between devices.
• Recent searches: hf_recent_searches keeps up to six recent searches on this device. You can clear them from the jobs page.
• Interface preferences: local and session storage keep account references and, on legacy screens, language preferences. These values are not passwords.

Optional tracking

The redesigned public pages do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Changing the cookie choice does not remove essential sign-in storage or information you explicitly save, such as bookmarked jobs.

You’re in control

Sign out to clear the active account references. You can also delete site storage in your browser’s settings. Clearing saved jobs and recent searches below affects only this browser, not your account or submitted applications.
