PROJECT MANAGER | UAE Construction Industry

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *PROJECT MANAGER* to lead and oversee construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
_*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*_
- Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Oversee project schedules, resources, and procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues
_*QUALIFICATIONS:*_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least _*15 years post graduate*_
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management, site operations, and construction regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- PMP certification is an advantage
- _*UAE driving license*_ is preferred
