*Duties*

• Prospect and generate new business leads through targeted outreach, networking events, and industry research
• Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Continuously identify market trends and opportunities to expand our reach and improve sales strategies

*Experience*

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
• Self-motivated with an energetic approach to prospecting and closing deals in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions
