1. Chef (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes and quality expectations.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain clean, organized station setups.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitization standards (HACCP compliant).
- Manage inventory, prep lists, and minimize food waste.
- Lead and support junior kitchen staff during service hours.
Requirements:
