About the role

*DRFK Turkish International Day Surgery Center* is an international healthcare center established in Turkya and Dubai, providing specialized medical and surgical services with a strong focus on patient safety, quality care, and international healthcare standards.

As part of our continued expansion, we are *opening our new branch in Abu Dhabi* and are looking for an experienced and qualified *Part Time Anesthesiologist* to join our clinical team.

Position: Part Time Anesthesiologist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing day surgery procedures
• Conduct comprehensive preoperative anesthesia assessments and determine patient suitability for anesthesia
• Develop appropriate anesthesia plans based on the patient's medical condition and planned procedure
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Continuously monitor vital signs, airway, oxygenation, circulation, and patient condition
• Manage pain control during and after procedures
• Provide appropriate postoperative anesthesia care and handover to the recovery team
• Recognize and manage anesthesia related complications and medical emergencies
• Ensure appropriate patient monitoring during recovery and discharge
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentation
• Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care
• Participate in emergency preparedness and patient safety activities
• Follow DOH requirements, facility policies, clinical protocols, infection control standards, and applicable healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Medical Degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Anesthesiology
• *Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility*
• Minimum *3 years of relevant experience* as an Anesthesiologist
• Previous *UAE healthcare experience is required*
• Experience in *Day Surgery Centers, Hospitals, or Ambulatory Surgical Centers* is preferred
• Strong knowledge of general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, sedation, airway management, and postoperative recovery
• Ability to manage anesthesia related emergencies effectively
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety awareness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• *English and Arabic speaking preferred*
• Professional, responsible, and patient focused approach
