About This Role
We are looking for a kind, patient and genuinely caring Healthcare Assistant to join a dedicated care team supporting a lovely young lady in her own home.
This is a role where personality and the ability to build a meaningful relationship really matters. Within this role you will be taking the time to get to know her, understand her individual communication and sensory needs, and learn what she enjoys through familiarity and observation.
She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and care team and particularly enjoys taking long walks. She loves having her nails painted, wearing pretty clothes and playing with her sensory toys.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK. Have the right to work in the UK* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care. *Comfortable working in a home with dogs Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
