Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality assessment and therapy services to children.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language and communication assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor and document clients’ progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Follow professional, ethical and centre policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy.
- DHA eligibility or DHA license is required.
- Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred.
- Experience with developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, articulation and communication difficulties is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
