About the role
Party Palette is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Decorator / Decoration Assistant to join our team *( FEMALE ONLY)*
This is a part-time position, approximately 2–4 working days per week, mainly during our busiest days. Working days may vary depending on the weekly workload and confirmed events, with most shifts expected towards the end of the week and on weekends.
For the right person, there may also be an opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position with Party Palette in the future.
Responsibilities
\* Preparing balloon arrangements and decorations according to order details and visual references \* Assisting with event décor, setups and installations \* Preparing, packing and organizing decorations for delivery \* Following color palettes, names, customization details and design references accurately \* Keeping the workspace, equipment and materials clean and organized \* Working efficiently during busy periods and meeting deadlines
Requirements
\* Previous experience in balloon decoration or event décor is preferred \* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately \* Responsible, punctual, organized and reliable \* Comfortable with hands-on and physical work \* Flexible availability, especially on weekends \* Able to work independently and as part of a team \* Based in Dubai and able to commute to Al Quoz 4
*\*Visa requirement: This is a part-time position and does not include visa sponsorship. Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa.*
