3D MODELER OPPORTUNITIES – BENTLEY EXPERIENCE

About the role
We are looking to connect with experienced *3D Modelers / BIM Designers* who have hands-on experience working within the Bentley environment, specifically:
- *Bentley OpenBuildings Designer*
- *Bentley OpenRail Designer*
- MicroStation / Bentley-based 3D modeling workflows
- Point cloud / reality capture to 3D model workflows
- Existing conditions / As-Built modeling
- Architectural, structural, civil, or rail/infrastructure modeling
Experience with *OpenBuildings Designer and/or OpenRail Designer* is important. Candidates with strong experience in one platform and familiarity with the other are encouraged to reach out.
We are especially interested in individuals who can take project information, drawings, and/or point cloud data and independently develop accurate, well-organized 3D models suitable for engineering and BIM deliverables.
*What we're looking for:*
- Strong 3D modeling and BIM skills
- Bentley OpenBuildings and/or OpenRail experience
- Ability to work from drawings and point cloud data
- Understanding of model organization, levels, references, coordinates, and project standards
- Attention to detail and modeling accuracy
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a project team
- Rail/transit or large infrastructure experience is a plus
