About the role

*WE’RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST*

*Mix Global FZCO* is looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on *Social Media Specialist* to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing, with the ability to create engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across global markets.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and other social media content.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Plan and organize content, campaigns, and social media tasks.
• Write creative captions, scripts, product content, and social media copy.
• Create content for our other brands also.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create relevant content.
• Assist with photography and video shoots, exhibitions, business events, interviews, and company activities.
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Support paid social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, captions, scripts, video ideas, and productivity.

*Required Tools & Technical Skills*

The candidate should have hands-on experience with:

• *Canva* – social media designs and creative content
• *CapCut* – Reels and short-form video editing
• *Adobe creative cloud*
• *Meta Business Suite*
• *Meta Ads Manager* – paid social campaigns
• *TikTok Business Center*
• *Google Analytics*
• *ChatGPT and other AI tools* – content creation, research, scripts, and productivity
• *etc...*

*Requirements*

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Reels, Stories, short-form video, and current social media trends.
• Good graphic design and video editing skills.
• Experience creating content for business, B2B, technology, electronics, or trading companies is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to appear in or assist with company video content when required.
• Candidate should be based in Dubai.
