About the role
*G-TEC Education Dubai* is looking for a *qualified and passionate Online Accountancy Tutor* to join our academic team on a *part-time basis*. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent online teaching skills, and experience handling the *CBSE Accountancy curriculum*, particularly for senior secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive *online Accountancy classes* for CBSE students.
- Teach Accountancy concepts clearly and systematically, with a focus on practical application.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain topics such as *journal entries, ledger accounts, trial balance, financial statements, partnership accounts, company accounts, and related concepts*.
- Help students develop strong accounting, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Support students with examination preparation, revision, and practice questions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions.
- Stay updated with CBSE syllabus changes, examination patterns, and academic requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in *Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field*.
- *Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience*.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with the *CBSE curriculum*.
- Experience teaching *senior secondary Accountancy* is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts and numerical problems clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable conducting classes through online teaching platforms.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting student achievement.
- Candidates with *CBSE school teaching or coaching-centre experience* will be preferred.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
