About the role

*We’re hiring: B2B Sales Partner (Commission-Based)*

Seoul Spot is growing its B2B Events pillar and we’re looking for a hunter to help us scale.

*Mission*

Develop and close B2B deals for:

Mall activations

Festivals & pop-ups

Brand & corporate events

You’ll promote Seoul Spot’s K-pop / Korean culture experiences (photobooth, karaoke, Gen-Z activations) to decision-makers.

*Who we’re looking for*

Strong B2B sales / partnerships profile

Comfortable pitching to malls, brands, event organizers

Interested in K-pop / Korean culture / Gen-Z experiences

Proactive, autonomous, results-driven

Hunter mindset (you close deals, not just generate leads)

*Compensation*

Commission-based (pay per deal signed)

Attractive % per event

Paid after deal is closed & client payment received

Average deal size: 5k–20k AED per event
