Civil Engineer – Swimming Pool Construction & Landscaping

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *Civil Engineer* with *3–5 years of relevant experience*, preferably with strong hands-on experience in *swimming pool construction*.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage pool construction works from planning through completion and coordinate effectively with site teams, clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage *swimming pool construction works* on site.
- Oversee *fibreglass swimming pool installation and construction*.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications and construction requirements.
- Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship.
- Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on project schedules and site requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure proper site safety and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- *Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.*
- *3–5 years of relevant experience* in civil construction.
- *Proven experience in swimming pool construction is essential.*
- Experience with *fibreglass swimming pools* is highly preferred.
- Experience in *landscaping works* is an added advantage.
- *Valid UAE driving licence is a MUST.*
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
