About the role
We are looking for 1–2 compassionate and skilled Medical Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our established, collaborative practice in midtown Anchorage.WE HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS!Whether you’re looking to build a full caseload or simply add a few days to your schedule, we can work with you!Weekdays + Saturdays available!We have opportunities throughout the week, as well as Saturday availability for therapists who want additional hours or a weekend schedule.About Natural Health CenterNatural Health Center is more than a clinic, it’s a refuge of calm and peace where patients come to heal, restore, and improve their overall health and vitality.Our multidisciplinary team includes Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Family Nurse Practitioners, and Massage Therapists, all working together to provide individualized, whole-person care.Our massage therapists play an important role in that collaborative approach, working alongside other providers to support patients with pain, injuries, chronic conditions, stress, mobility concerns, and overall wellness.Massage Therapy at NHCOur therapists utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including:Swedish MassageDeep TissueMyofascial & Trigger Point TherapyLymphatic MassageAcupressurePrenatal MassageSports MassageCraniosacral TherapyRolfingWe bill most major insurance plans and also accept self-pay patients.60-minute sessions and 15-minute turnover between appointmentsWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRNMonday–Saturday availabilityCompetitive, customized compensationEstablished patient baseFully staffed front office handling scheduling, communications, payments, authorizations & billingNo-show fee compensationCompany-sponsored 401(k)Employee discounts on provider services and supplementsCollaborative, multidisciplinary environmentBright, calm treatment and waiting spacesWe understand that one size does not fit all, which is why we offer flexible scheduling and customized compensation structures designed around each therapist.Who We're Looking ForWe’re looking for an LMT who is:Licensed and in good standing in the State of AlaskaCredentialled and in network with most insurance companiesSkilled in a variety of massage therapy techniquesKnowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic applications of massageCompassionate, professional, and patient-focusedComfortable working independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary teamInterested in medical/therapeutic massage and whole-person healthcareExperience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting or medical massage is a plus!Come Join Our TeamIf you’re looking for a place where you can build meaningful patient relationships, work alongside other healthcare professionals, and practice in a calm and supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.Weekdays.
