The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Server to join the team, someone who enjoys great food, loves looking after people, and brings calm confidence to the floor. This is a flexible role, ideal if you’re balancing other commitments but still want to be part of a high-quality restaurant. Shifts will mainly be lunch and evening service, Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll take ownership of your tables, guide guests through the menu, and work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wine team to create a seamless, memorable experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Looking after your tables with warmth, attention, and ease. Talking guests through the menu in a natural, engaging way. Making thoughtful food and drink recommendations. Working closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and well-paced. Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive floor. Focusing on the small details that elevate the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a quality restaurant, with fine dining a plus but not essential. Personable, intuitive, and genuinely interested in hospitality. A love for seasonal food and good ingredients. Calm, organised, and reliable during busy services. Interest in wine and cocktails is a bonus, but curiosity matters just as much.
