About the role
*About Iris House Properties Estate:* Iris House Properties is a top-tier real estate brokerage firm based in *Business Bay*, with two additional offices strategically located across *Dubai*. With a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and high performance, we specialize in both primary and secondary market transactions. Our *Secondary Sales Team* is expanding, and we're looking for motivated agents to join our high-energy, results-driven environment.
*Position Overview:* We are hiring *experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai’s secondary market* (ready properties – sales & leasing). This is a *commission-only role* which is *Upto 70% commission, *designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle buying, selling, and leasing of *ready properties* in the Dubai secondary market.
- Prospect for leads, list new properties, and conduct viewings.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, communities, and market trends.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements.
*Requirements:*
- *Freshers are welcome, & 1 year of experience* in *secondary market real estate* in Dubai is preffered.
- Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- UAE driving license and car preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
