About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated *Kitchen Technician *to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, possess technical expertise, and enjoy solving problems, we would love to hear from you!
*Responsibilities:*
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to ensure proper maintenance.
- Install, configure, and test new equipment or systems as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Report on completed tasks and update maintenance records.
- Assist in the identification of improvements or efficiency in current systems.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to support operations.
*Qualifications:*
- Preferably with F&B experience and UAE driving license.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift equipment as required.
- Flexible to work on weekends and holiday.
