Job Description
Monaco Clinic is seeking a polite, detail-oriented, and customer-focused *Cashier / Billing Specialist* for our Mirdif branch. you will play a key role at our front desk, providing warm, welcoming service to our patients while handling daily financial transactions, insurance co-pays, and billing inquiries with absolute accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately through the clinic's management system.
- Process patient billing, settle invoices for consultations and procedures, and handle insurance co-payments.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers, generate shift financial reports, and maintain strict financial balancing and accountability.
- Greet patients in a professional, welcoming manner and assist with billing inquiries or payment breakdowns.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the insurance and reception teams to ensure a smooth patient check-out process.
- Maintain a neat, organized workstation and adhere strictly to clinic financial policies and data confidentiality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- *Minimum 1 year of proven experience* as a cashier, billing clerk, or front desk receptionist, preferably within a medical clinic, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with POS systems and basic billing software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Professional and well-groomed presentation suited for a premier clinic environment.
